Alba is Latin for “white.” Here, you embark on a white journey as you savour the house specialty white tea and white coffee. Alba Voyage is also like traveling in life: the philosophy of leaving blank spaces in a picture can be translated as leaving some more leisure time and space in life. The owners are a couple who come from Taiwan and Hong Kong. So, in this minimalist, hipster cafe, you’ll also find an assortment of Hong Kong-style dim sums. Somehow, this idea clashes with what we expect, yet seems to come together in perfect harmony. It’s no wonder why Alba Voyage has become such a popular go-to cafe in the Banqiao district.
