The owner is from a family of traditional cake and biscuit makers and has brought sweet and fragrant traditional Chinese desserts into a store that resembles the Forbidden City. Freshly made and steamed in store, their desserts are one of the must-buy items to take home with you when visiting Shida.
Popular traditional treats can be found in the store and all the ingredients are hearty and healthy: the filling is made with pork freshly butchered in the morning, Yi-lan’s famous scallions, sweet and crisp cabbage grown on high mountains.
