Since Eslite opened their store in Songshan Culture and Creative Park (SCCP), I’ll bet lots of people often come here to take a walk in their free time and relax. (I often come here to take in the hipster vibe, too XD) Once you step into the relaxing environment at Eslite SongYan store, you can have a cup of authentic Taiwanese tea and leisurely stroll about, looking at other little stores with high quality designer goods, or even attend a DIY class. This is a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! Today, we would like to introduce a 1-day itinerary for relaxing and fulfilling your body and mind♡

If you’re at Eslite SongYan store and would like to try some authentic Taiwanese delicacies, for your first stop, Nius-editors wholeheartedly recommend Chun Shui Tang’s Pearl Milk Tea! Chewy tapioca pearls in rich milk tea with a scent of sugarcane; the tea itself is smooth and leaves a fragrant aftertaste ♡ Once you’ve had something sweet and would like something a bit salty, order a bowl of Kung Fu Noodles, traditional noodles with braised minced pork and mushroom that’ll definitely satisfy your savory appetite!

All you need is to spend a little time to enjoy making things with your own hands. You also get to bring your handiwork home as a great souvenir!

If you don’t have that much time to attend a DIY craft class, you can shop around the accessory stores and find unique accessories. Agaric Garden’s accessories combine geometric shapes and natural stones. One of their limited items is the “Eye of Horus” selection. Horus was the ancient Egyptian sky god who was usually depicted as a falon. The Eye of Horus was an amulet used by ancient Egyptians to ward off bad spirits, tell the difference between good and evil, a symbol of protection, good health and happiness. Combined with blue apatite stones, the selection of accessories are meant to stabilize your emotions and feelings.

After some shopping, how about a bit of sweets to satisfy that other sweets stomach? Taiwan is renowned for its tea culture and Shan Shan Cha is a brand that advocates tea grown by natural farming. Not only do they sell full-leaf tea drinks and mixed teas, they also have desserts made with tea. Their tea honey mochi waffles, for example, drizzles tea-infused honey over waffles that have gooey and stringy mochi fillings--sweet but not too sweet, with a hint of tea fragrance. This is a wonderful and relaxing way to end the day.
Other than the three stores mentioned above, Eslite SongYan store has many more excellent stores and shops waiting for you to discover. If you’d like to leave the city’s hustle and bustle over the weekend, but won’t like to go too far, why not come to Eslite SongYan store to relax yourself and enjoy a lohas life!
