Upon arrival at Alter Ego 1892 located on B1 floor, people are greeted by its lovely smell. This is the only branch that sells freshly baked bread, and here are the top 3 selling items. Parmesan cheese soufflé uses four types of cheese including the king of cheese itself. Salted egg yolk croissant features French croissant filled with warm, creamy molten egg yolk. You can never have enough of it! Another must try is mentaiko French bread, which is freshly baked upon order. Mentaiko is generously spread on top of soft French bread and it tastes heavenly!
