Nola Kitchen aims to bring America’s southern charm, the birthplace of jazz--New Orleans to Taipei. Not your typical American burger place, Nola Kitchen provides even bigger portions, even more satisfying and finger-licking, good old southern soul food that will change any stereotypical image you have on American restaurants such as chicken and waffles with maple syrup, blackened fish, jambalaya, gumbo, beignets, and chicory coffee. Even Mark Twain was a massive fan of New Orlean cuisine: “New Orleans food is as delicious as the less criminal forms of sin.” (1884) Nola Kitchen has satisfied the palates of Taiwanese and American customers with our authentic southern tastes and is Taipei’s one and only New Orleans restaurant. Since opening our doors, we have aimed to provide that genuine, young, relaxing southern vibe through our surprisingly delicious flavors.
