The Waffle Club TW

The Waffle Club is famous for its bubble waffles served with ice cream. The Hongkongese pastry chef has brimmed authentic bubble waffles with ice cream and toppings in American pop style.

All desserts are freshly made with a special recipe and main ingredients such as Japanese flour, Kyoto matcha powder and imported cocoa powder. The waffles are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, sweet but not cloying, and full of egg flavor. As for ice cream, a particular flavor is featured each week. Made with New Zealand milk and seasonal fruits, it tastes creamy yet surprisingly refreshing.

The most popular item on the menu is “Colorful Party.” It’s topped with strawberries, sponge cake cubes, colorful chocolate chips, and decorated with a cute heart-shaped fairy stick. When you come to Taipei, don’t forget to check-in at this Instagram hot spot!
