People used to add costus root when making wine to add an extra fragrance. Then, when they sip and sample the fruit of their labor, they’d place a camellia petal to add to its visual effect. Enjoying something that encompasses fragrance, smell and taste is what we hope to pursue in life and is also where the name “Tu Mii” came from.
During the day, we provide high quality coffee and Taiwanese tea beverages as well as other drinks and desserts. At night, we have professionally made cocktails and exquisite food and drinks on the menu. Our basement space is often a venue for creative exhibitions and brand events.
At the moment, the most popular drink at the bar is the refreshing highball that also has a certain depth to it. Our bartender created the drink with ingredients that can represent the gentle image of women: by incorporating kumquat, cucumber and ginger, this cocktail emanates the characteristics of a woman from the East.
